Senior Property Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry in Brooklyn, New York. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with NYC building codes and regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management of multiple properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, and manage renovations as required • Create and implement property-specific policies and procedures to increase operational efficiency • Foster positive relationships with tenants by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns • Stay updated with NYC building codes and regulations, managing any violations for timely resolution and compliance • Oversee the leasing process for both commercial and residential units, including marketing properties, conducting showings, and screening prospective tenants • Ensure all lease documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date • Manage property budgets, monitor rent collection and expenses, and report on financial performance • Coordinate with construction crews for property renovations, improvements, and inspections • Review existing insurance coverages and coordinate renewals • Obtain all necessary occupancy and construction licenses for properties and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Delegate tasks and monitor staff deliverables and performance to ensure efficiency.
