KBR is seeking a software property manager to support the Enterprise Property Management process, to include participation in warehouse process assessments and supply chain management reviews. TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Responsibilities:
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc Property Management assessments, reports, briefings
Conduct Report of Survey Actions, Found on Post Reports, and provide supplemental information
Prepare and conduct Property Officer training and maintain related records
Evaluate Property Management Risks and internal control processes
Facilitate property turn in processes
Provide warehouse inventory reports for stock managers and process transfer as needed
Manage warehouse Project codes
Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT logistics, property management, and related processes
Produce IT logistics and property management analyses using SAP suite
Work with property system developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating property management tool development and sustainment
Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Doctorate Degree and 8 years of experience in system engineering
Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience can be substituted in place of Doctorate degree requirement
Experience relating to property management across large-scale IT domains
Experience with SAP suite and Microsoft Excel
Can work independently
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and coordination skills
Travel Requirements:
Travel Required: CONUS and OCONUS may be required; Up to 10%
Basic Compensation:
$98,000 - $146,900
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
