Senior Proposal Coordinator - Remote US

This position is 100% remote in the United States.

What we are looking for:

The Senior Proposal Coordinator supports proposal efforts through administrative- and research-related duties. This includes providing direct support to a proposal team throughout the proposal process and attending/supporting meetings; maintaining team organization; compiling, editing, and writing resumes, project descriptions, and other qualifications; completing required forms; coordinating graphics and desktop publishing functions; and anything else required to create a compliant, winning proposal.

We need an enthusiastic and capable coordinator with experience in RFQs/RFPs typically received from State & Local and Federal entities and investor-owned utilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to take direction and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks, all while demonstrating a professional demeanor, flexible attitude, and enthusiasm for producing highly strategic and thoughtful work within a complex business environment.

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with technical teams to develop the proposal plan and template based on solicitation requirementsGather relevant resumes and project descriptions from across the organization in a timely manner and modify them per proposal requirements and approved templatesParticipate in resume reviews with project managers to ensure they highlight relevant information, showcase required experience, and are compliant to solicitation requirementsContribute to other proposal sections as needed, e.g., writing non-technical content or contributing to qualifications statementsTake meeting notes, monitor action item progress, help keep team on track and organizedPerform regular upkeep of online portals and proposal team working sitesAssist as needed with completion and submittal of required proposal formsDevelop compliance matrices, support color team reviews, and coordinate production, as neededProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal clients, external business partners, and proposal managersMeet project deadlinesAssist with other team projects such as maintaining and updating databases and SharePoint sites, as needed

Minimum Role Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional setting2+ years of experience with government/commercial proposal preparation and production in a consulting environment2+ years’ experience in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)

Preferred Qualifications/Professional Skills:

Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS TeamsExperience with writing or editingBachelor's degree with preferred specialization in Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or related fieldProfessional Skills:Experience working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environmentAbility to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlinesHighly responsive and able to identify and address high priority tasksExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skillsCustomer service orientedAbility to work to meet deadlines (nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed)Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside teaming partnersSound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$60,927.00 - $103,576.00
