Job Description
Provide exceptional advisory, reporting, and bookkeeping services to our valued clients. Oversee the payroll department to ensure exceptional and accurate payroll services. Effectively communicate, mentor, and train both staff and clients. Provide exceptional and professional customer service to clients. Manage projects and client onboarding. Ensure overall firm work is being performed in a timely and efficient manner.
ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional advisory, reporting, and bookkeeping services to clients.Oversee the payroll department to ensure exceptional and accurate payroll services.Effectively communicate, mentor, and train both staff and clients.Provide professional and exceptional customer service to clients.Manage projects and client onboarding processes.Ensure overall firm work is performed in a timely and efficient manner.Essential SkillsExperience in payroll, payroll processing, and payroll tax.Proficiency in QuickBooks.Experience in multi-state tax preparation.Project management skills.Degree in accounting.3+ years of public accounting experience.CPA certification preferred but not required.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkill level and experience are prioritized over education or certifications.Work Environment
The position offers the option to work in the office or in a hybrid work-from-home schedule (2-3 days in the office minimum). The company provides 10 paid holidays a year, a 401k with profit sharing, company-paid health insurance, vision, accidental, disability, life insurance, dependent care reimbursements, and tuition reimbursements. Minimal overtime is required, with no heavy hour tax season.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
