Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. If you’re ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape. **Key Responsibilities:** + Leads setting up work management systems and metrics. Uses metrics to drive continuous improvement of team and leads projects to address gaps + Uses data analytics to track and communicate supplier performance related to on time delivery, exceptions, quality, and price changes + Communicates performance trends internally and externally, including areas of immediate support needed. Works to align United and supplier data. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to best support United’s operation + Single point of contact for suppliers and relays priorities and initiatives. Challenges suppliers to meet departmental goals. In charge of automated reporting and team special projects **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics + 4+ years supply chain or related experience + 2+ years data analytics experience + Supplier management skills + Work management systems + Foundry, SQL or equivalent software knowledge + Knowledge of purchasing and sourcing processes + Efficient with time and adaptable to changing priorities **What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** + Master's degree or equivalent experience + PMP Certification The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
