Position Description: Purchasing Administrators help manage the buying of goods and services for organizations. The work includes coordinating with personnel from other departments to understand the procurement requirements to enable sourcing suppliers of goods and services. Essential Functions Responsible for procurement of goods and services for the company which includes; but not limited to, sourcing vendors, negotiating costs and terms, reviewing terms/conditions, contracts, and end user license agreements (EULA) in order to mitigate risks for the company. Must obtain, utilize and reconcile company purchasing card. + Establishing vendor relationships and seeking new vendors; + Vendor management and setup + Software, hardware, facilities: hotel, venue, catering for external customers & ATI, furniture as well as utilities purchases + New, maintenance & expiration of services + Assists employees and programs with items such as: office supplies, apparel, subscriptions, conferences. Follows the ATI management of the requisition process, and generally act as controllers to ensure adherence with the direction of this policy. + Follow all regulations and requirements (FAR, security, etc.) + Electronic filing, retention, and destruction + Invoice review and processing + Corporate bank card reconciliation + Database management + Review/approve purchasing files + Reconcile open commitments on purchase orders; for pricing, delivery dates, unit of measure, quantity, exceptions, and responds to/resolves any discrepancies according to established guidelines. Establish and maintain high-level customer service with internal and external customers. Ability to multi-task and organize and prioritize deadlines accordingly Able to meet deadlines and follow clear instructions Supports Contractual and Financial audits Additional Responsibilities Completes special projects as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years related or relevant experience, Associates Degree & 4 years or High School and 8+ years. Knowledge and experience of Procurement / purchasing experience is desired Intermediate computer and software skills (MS Office Suite) required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated and directed Experience working as a member of a team of people engaged in tasks requiring teamwork and performance to schedules This position will need the ability to access US only data systems – US Citizenship is required.
