The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Quality Assurance Documentation Controller will be responsible for the day to day management of the site GMP documentation system, acting as administrator of My University training quality system for the Quality team. The role will also assist co-ordination of all elements of the Quality System assigned to the Quality Assurance Department.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Senior QA Executive - Quality Compliance role will make an impact:

Coordinate and manage site control of GMP documents in collaboration with the Quality Systems Owner.

Support the issuance and reconciliation of batch documentation for manufacturing records.

Perform a detailed review of document changes prior to final approval.

Manage the distribution of new documents and retrieval of old ones, both internally and externally.

Oversee the archiving of quality records.

Assist in the preparation, revision, and review of quality system records.

Manage and coordinate the "My University" curricula for the QA team and facilitate training with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Support the management of material master data.

Collate and report performance metrics within the QA group.

Undertake additional duties as required.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Science-related discipline.

Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry is desirable but not required.

A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.

Experience with electronic document management systems is desirable but not essential.

Excellent attention to detail and communication (oral and written) skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with various IT systems and software packages. Experience with electronic document management systems is desirable but not essential.
