Responsibilities…Primary responsibility for the delivery of Test Automation, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Data, Test Execution, Test Statistics and Regression Test PacksReview the defined test plans with Product Owner (PO) and Developers to ensure the test coverage are for the requirements or acceptance criteriaLog defects and recreate them as needed, track defects through to resolutionEnsure that all test deliverables are delivered and maintained in accordance with the defined testing standards and that these are thorough, complete, accurate and traceableExperience in developing test strategies and/or approaches for the effective use of automated test toolsMust possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems and propose practical solutionsEscalate any potential impact to the Scrum Master (SM) and/or Product Owner (PO) highlighting the specific product areas and associated risksCollaborate with Product owners (PO) and Developers to help in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteriaStrong fundamentals with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Scrumban)Participate in show & tell sessions with clients & stakeholders and retrospectives with the team Qualifications5 or more years of experience in testing enterprise softwareBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related fieldWorking knowledge of test management softwareExperience in QA AutomationExperience in QA methodologyExperience working in Agile environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to document and troubleshoot errorsKnowledge of Jira and Confluence Interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, well organised team playerResults oriented, with project completion a key facetGood communicator, able to articulate well within multi-lingual team where English is not always a first languageAbility to work well under pressure and tight timelines, whilst maintaining qualityAbility to make constructive observations of how the team is working, and willingness to contribute suggestions to the team in order to improve the overall process and efficiency
