The Opportunity:
“CACI is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer experienced in the use of Qlik Sense and Business Objects to design, develop, implement, and support US Navy’s Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Norfolk, VA. The correct individual should possess the data architectural skills necessary to gather Qlik reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements; design and create data visualizations, analytical reports and dashboards via the Qlik Sense BI Tools; test and validate reports developed within the team; participate in resolving technical issues that arise during development; communicate and coordinate with members of the development team in an Agile manner to work across multiple projects; assist with documentation for IT technical processes and software user guides, and possess experience working in an Agile development environment utilizing tools such as Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) ADO.
Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, implement, and maintain, within an Agile environment:
Business intelligence solutions using all faucets of Qlik Sense
Customer facing data sets using Qlik Catalog
ETL jobs using Qlik Replicate/Compose
o Gather reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements.
Possess good understanding of SQL coding
Ability to take SQL code and translate to Qlik Data Load Editor
o Design and create data visualizations, analytical reports, and dashboards:
Integration with an existing Navy application
Development of new Navy applications
Answering ad-hoc data calls
o Test and validate data in reports developed within the team.
o Participate in resolving technical issues that arise during development.
o Communicate and coordinate with members of the development team to work across multiple projects.
o Assist with documentation for IT technical processes and soft ware user guides.
o Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
Required:
Must possess at least a Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline is preferred
Must have, or be able to obtain, CompTIA Security Plus Certification within 60 days of hire
Multiple years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense, and BusinessObjects in a large-scale military enterprise environment
All functionalities of Qlik Sense Designer, as well as the understanding of the use of Qlik Catalog, Compose and Replicate
SAP Business Objects, as well as its use of CMC, IDT and T-SQL code
Expertise working in a U.S. military enterprise environment
Experience working in an Agile development environment including implementation of SAFe methodologies and practices
Experience with the use of Team Foundation Server utilizing the Agile development platform including the creation and management of Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks, as well as the use of Program Increments and Iterations.
Experience in the use of ServiceNow ticket system for managing customer Help Desk issues
Experience with T-SQL, as well as SQL Server and Oracle DB and Clustering

The proposed salary range for this position is:
