Purpose: As a Senior Quality and Process Manager you will be part of the Quality & Process Management team contributing to develop the Quality Management System for IT, that contributes to operational efficiency by adherence to performant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide Guidance and framework to ensure regulatory compliance for IT & contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and effective Quality Management System (QMS), to support business needs and drive organizational change to develop quality mindset.
· Take the ownership for one of the QMS core processes and establish a process improvement board across IT organization.
· Identify, assess & monitor the QMS & process risks, and define adequate mitigation measures.
· Support the IT organization in implementation and compliance to ISO9001, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11 for the assigned QMS topics & processes.
· Self dependently plan QMS and process concepts, improvements, initiatives and process harmonization across the IT organization.
· Actively communicate, organize workshops and manage changes in the organization for the assigned QMS processes.
· Demonstrate ability to advanced technologies, processes, and practices in quality management. Serve as the leading point of authority and/or source of process knowledge for area of expertise
· Demonstrate extensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
· Plan, develop, organize and perform trainings related to QMS
· Collaborate with the counterpart for BA/BL Quality, wherever applicable.
Relevant Work Experience:
10+ years of work experience in (IT) Quality Management or Quality Management Systems Extensive professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM)In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO20000, ISO13485) and regulationsProven experience in Change management process is highly preferred.Education:
You have successfully completed a degree in the field of IT / (business) informatics or comparable. Certifications in ITIL V3 or higher are appreciatedKnowledge & Skills on process modelling including tools like ARIS, ServiceNow or Stages and methodology like value stream mapping is preferred.Skills:
