Senior Quality Assurance Administrator-S3

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator.


In this role, you will:

Provide support and scoring guidance quality assurance staff by answering questions on regulations or compliance, procedures, policies and First Call ResolutionEscalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulationsReview systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessaryAssist in development and design of product specific databasesReview and score workPrepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clientsMonitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessmentDesign and conduct training for as neededProvide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and resultsMake final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality resultsInteract with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Descriptions:

Loan Aging

This role will work in a fast-paced, customer facing, and client support based loan environment. This is a highly clerical role where they will be working in the warehouse loan system, primarily doing account monitoring, while also working directly with the clients.

·Will be working with internal & external clients with ongoing systematic updates related to aged loan portfolio monitoring.

·Duties include ensuring clients are notified of any curtailments due as well as follow up with treasury partners to ensure curtailments were completed within SLA.

·Must be familiar with GSE guidelines, wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience also considered)

·Strong Excel skills are required (Vlookup, data validation and review).

·Must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. 

Prefunding Loan Review

This role will work in a fast-paced, customer facing and client support based loan environment. This is a highly clerical role where they will be working in the warehouse loan system, primarily reviewing loans for eligibility to the warehouse line, while also working directly with the clients.

·Will be working with internal & external clients with ongoing systematic review of loan eligibility.

·Duties include prefunding loan review, client communication for loans that are ineligible for the facility.

·Must be familiar with mortgage documentation including but not limited to: Automated Underwriting Feedback, 1008, Investor Locks, Notes, Deeds of Trust, Allonges, Endorsements and Riders.

·Must be familiar with the lifecycle of a residential mortgage loans funding to settlement.

·Must be familiar with GSE guidelines, wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience also considered)

·Must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. 

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in the qualifications listed below:

·Must have an extensive customer facing mortgage background (open to both experienced commercial and mortgage lending folks)

·They will be assisting with new and existing account setup. Must have experience with customer facing roles, preferably someone that has a background in client support (mortgage).

·Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, data validation, review, and verification)

·Experience with Microsoft Suite tools.

·Must be willing to show initiative, ask good questions, and work efficiently.

·Must exhibit a strong attention to detail.
