Four Hands is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive experience in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both
manual and automated testing methods. You will leverage your expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.
In This Role\nDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive test suites for both manual and automated testing\nPerform end-to-end testing of ERP systems (preferably Dynamic 365), WMS, and e-commerce platforms\nEnsure test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing scenario\nValidate integrations between systems to ensure data accuracy and process flows \nIntegrate automated tests with frameworks to streamline test execution and reporting\nExecute detailed manual test cases and scenarios, particularly for complex or high-risk areas not covered by automation\nDocument test results and track issues in appropriate systems\nCollaborate with development teams to incorporate tests into CI/CD pipelines\nWork closely with QA analysts and developers to translate requirements into detailed test cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness\nInvestigate and debug test failures; identify root causes and propose solutions to enhance test reliability and stability\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments, ensuring alignment with production configurations\nParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and promoting best practices for both manual and automated testing\nKeep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software testing and apply relevant knowledge to improve our testing practices\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team\nOther duties as assigned by management\n
The Ideal Person\n7+ years of experience in a technical QA role\n5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools\nExperience with ERP implementation required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce preferred\nExperience with complex data pipelines and integrations spanning multiple components\nProficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven \nStrong programming skills in Java; familiarity with other languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus\nExperience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI, including designing and executing automated API tests\nExperience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI to integrate automated tests into build pipelines\nProficiency in using version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows\nExperience with test management tools like Jira and Zephyr for test case documentation, execution, and defect tracking\nStrong SQL skills for database testing, including writing and executing queries to validate data integrity\n
