Duties:
Quality lead in feasibility studies Lead SQAM activities Create PIS from 2D drawings or CAD data Review and approval checking fixture designs Checking fixture evaluation and buying off checking fixtures Lead PPM reduction, scrap analysis and root cause investigations Review designs/drawings/CAD & ECI's from customer, update current quality documentation or create new Ensure there is an effective and cost-efficient structure in place. Coach, train and mentor subordinates in both classroom and OJT scenarios Ensure the delivery of the People Strategy within the area of accountability Minimum Requirements:
Qualification in Engineering Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Quality engineering in an automotive environment. Sound knowledge of SQAM, VDA6 and other customer requirements. Knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, ISO14001 and VDA6
