Position Summary

Senior Quality Engineer to manage Stores Implementation. Should have 2 to 8 years experience in QA projects

Mandatory Skills

Responsible for defining the Automation Testing approach, Automation script creation and maintenance. Strong experience on Automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber Hands on experience on TOSCA automation tool Test, diagnose, debug and fix errors to maintain the Woolworths integration systems, with the constant changes happening with the new architecture using automated scripting tools such as UFT, Selenium Excellent written and oral communication, quick learner and should be able to work independently without much supervision. An expertise on Retail domain with a sound knowledge on the Point-of-Sale Systems with an experience of 2+ years. With extensive validations of the entire POS application, it interacts with the Upstream/Downstream SAP Applications and loyalty services. Extensive understanding of the intricacies of the system at fine level, which eventually helps to identify a solution for problems and dependencies on other systems in case of multi-interface domain. Deep knowledge of Retail Business in Australia context (Business to Customer and Business to Business), NCR R10 Application and its end-to-end system architecture, associated middleware systems Strong knowledge on Australian and New Zealand government legislations on retail shelf, product labelling and evaluating all type of tickets are designed in compliance with the legislation. At least 2 years of experience with SAP EUC, SAP PMR, web methods testing. Scripting, updating and maintaining technical programs, end user documentation and operational procedures. Hands on experience on setting up Servers, Access Points, PIN pads, Printers, Scanners, RF mobile devices, Department Ticketing Scales, and other environment setup for testing

Roles And Responsibilities

Analyse, evaluate, and develop strategies to validate the changes required in NCR R10 interface system in alignment with the architectural changes. Testing, debugging, diagnosing, correcting errors and faults in applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification. Test, diagnose, debug and fix errors to maintain the NCR R10 integration systems using UFT, Selenium and Core Java Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs Using Java & VB, develop automation scripts to perform validation on NCR R10 Point of Sale, Fast Lane Self-Checkout and Windows Operating systems. Identifying technology restrictions and selecting right tool for the automation of NCR R10 supported applications. Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards. Expertise in understanding client requirements and propose solutions which eventually leads to greater customer service. To be able to answer customer questions and provide accurate information after having the full understanding of the NCR product. Understanding Woolworths Standard Operating Environment and design test automation frameworks Able to Consult, analyse, evaluate the changes required in Woolworths’s integration systems as per their new architectural changes. Select and develop appropriate test automation tools applying the latest techniques in test automation. Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various
