At Chart we have a strong corporate identity and a clear purpose - you will be a member of our team shaping the future of the company and participating in helping our customers and the world tackle some of the planet's most pressing issues. **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…_** Quality management System - ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS certification) o Coordinate with Certifying bodies to maintain the Quality and Welding certification as required by the organisation. o Monitor, Maintain & improve Quality management system to meet the changing organisational environments. o Conduct Product, Process & System audits and identify improvement opportunities and implement improvement actions along with relevant stakeholders. In-process Quality Assurance for Transportation line: o Create Quality Assurance plan / Control plans for ensuring adherence to Customer requirements o Monitor and improve processes to achieve first time right product Customer Quality: o Coordinate with Customer from QAP approval to End product clearance (as per QAP) o Timely coordination with Customer-on-Customer Complaints and improvement points. o Coordinate with Customer for APQP / FAI / PPAP Approval. Team management o Motivate and Guide team members on achieving organisational and individual goals, o Maintain Quality MIS with proper data backup. o Create open and continuous improvement culture. **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_**  To coordinate and maintain ISO/TS22163 Quality management system.  Liaison with Customer (Alstom, Siemens, etc.) related to Quality and New product development.  Monitor and improve Process w.r.t Quality in the transportation line.  Provide prompt response to Customer for issue resolution. **_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_** + Mechanical Engineering graduate with knowledge in Fabrication and Casting processes. + 5 to 7 years’ experience in an reputed organisation handling End to end Quality assurance activities (preferably leading a team for 2 to 5 years) + ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system certification (preferably ISO/TS 22163 awareness) + Proficient in English, Tamil & preferably in Hindi + Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to lead through the Complex changes + Ability to manage complex and diverse set of stakeholders + Working experience in Tier-1 or Tier -2 suppliers for Railway Customers like Alstom + Knowledge of Fabrication, Assembly and Powder coating processes. + Knowledge of ISO/TS 22163 Quality management system.
