About the Role As a Senior Quality Engineer at Hinge Health, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other quality engineers, to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies. Your role will involve both manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. What You’ll Accomplish Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations. Develop and implement effective test strategies that improve product quality and reduce time to market. Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development process. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a focus on both manual and automated testing. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. Proficiency in using test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
