Primary Responsibilities:

Creation of test strategy and approach of testing exchange Implementation SME: Reviewing software requirement and capable in preparing test scenarios for complex business rules Collaborate closely with other team members (DEV/ BA/ QA) to triage and resolve any issue Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed Institute Knowledge of software testing methodologies and exposure of US Healthcare Industry Knowledge of Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, Qualified Health Plan. Knowledge around Carrier, Provider, Payer Knowledge on tools/OS: Jira, ALM, Rally, SoapUI, Git, SQL Developer, UNIX/LINUX, Windows, Mac Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodology and should be capable in performing with limited supervision or as an Individual Contributor Knowledge of SQL and UNIX Aware and capable in handling sensitive information like PHI, PII, and FTI Aware and adhere to the HIPAA standard Proven excellent communication, critical thinking skills and enthusiastic in performing their job Proven team Player (adaptable to work situations/pressure, collaborative, prioritizing team's goal, reliable) Proven efficient in Test Execution (Front-end, Back-end, API, Database) using automation Proven good test run analysis and defect reporting skills Proven capable to interact with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and expectations Proven efficient in participating in design and requirement reviews and should be capable in providing valuable inputs Proven capable in performing System, Integration, Regression, and Compatibility testing

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Proven programming skills, ISTQB or any other software testing certification. Knowledge or experience on Automation - Selenium, Java, Python
