Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Senior Quality Officer to be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimizing a quality management system including required certifications according to the business requirements and the organizational directives. This role directly reports to the Factory Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities: You will ensure compliance with national (where necessary international and regional), legal, regulatory, and technical requirements and adapt to changes in laws and regulations. You will be the internal and external representation in all kinds of quality and regulatory aspects. You will be responsible to implement adequate organizational structure to address the tasks and responsibilities for Quality Management as needed. You will coordinate all common quality and regulatory related activities and acting as the point of contact for quality issues and QT relevant escalations. You will be responsible for the implementation of all Quality Requirements defined by SHS QT in an auditable QMS where applicable. You will be responsible for the escalation to next QT level when required. You will be responsible for the release of products and services to the market. You will stop distribution of products to the market by ship hold, withdraw products in case that adequate quality and product safety is not ensured (including e.g. related update instructions, recalls, etc.) You will support Process Owner to implement global defined processes. You will support Management in reducing costs that are delivery related to the quality of products and processes (e.g. NCC) You will oversee and monitor regulation related to the business. Your qualifications and experiences: You have at least 5 years of experience in quality management including practical experience as auditor (e.g. Quality Management Representative, Auditor etc.) You have at least 5-7 years of experience in medical device industry You have working experience in a cross-country/cross-cultural organization (preferred) You have a successfully completed degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
