Quality Assurance Specialist- Defense Industry Our CW901D team has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist. You should have knowledge in Quality Control Documentation, First Article Inspection Report preparation and review, as well as being extremely organized. In the future you will be asked to support CW901D Internal Auditing Program. **Location:** Monsey, NY **Wage Information** **:** $23.00 - $40.00per hour Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. **Your Challenge:** - Control Quality Documentation: Review, edit, maintain and distribute all controlled documentation and controlled forms necessary to define CW901D products and processes configuration. The documentation control system must be maintained in highly well-organized digital manner. - Develop First Article Inspection Reports: Learn and follow the FAI standard, AS9102, which requires the proper documentation and verification in detail of production methods, supplier documentation, supplier certifications, all elements of process development, material specifications, testing processes and detailed measurements. The ability to read and understand SolidWorks prints and navigate software programs, such as Net Inspect, is an added plus.
