So are you ready to join our international team? **Most important facts at a glance:** Location: Singen, Germany Department: Quality Working: fulltime Contract: permanent Start: as soon as possible **A day in a life of a Senior Quality Specialist:** + As a Senior Quality Specialist (m/f/d) you ensure quality and food safety by design for new product innovation, supporting project teams and resolving challenges. + You conduct risk assessments and documents required for the project. + Authoring of Food category standards and guidelines including model HACCPs and Manufacturing monitoring schemes is also part of your daily tasks. + You provide expertise for designing and overseeing scientific studies (shelf life, challenge studies, predictive modeling, method development), utilizing proper design of experiments principles. + Also, you conduct technical acceptance food safety evaluations of sensitive products on behalf of B-Food or Nestle Professional SBU. + Support relevant markets with your food safety expertise through technical Assistance. **What will make you successful:** + You have a Bachelor or Master in food Science, microbiology or other food related area + Afterwards, you have gained at least 5 years of experience related to research and development or food technologies + Also, you’re able to influence in multiple ways and quickly build credibility with key stakeholders. + You have a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects with tight deadlines. + Excellent proficiency in English, German is a plus. **What you need to know** + **Company pension fund:** Our Nestlé Pension Fund has been advising our employees for many years. + **30 days of vacation:** Breaks and time off are important.
