Senior Radio Frequency Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• As a Radio Frequency Engineer, you will leverage your deep theoretical and practical knowledge in electromagnetic theory, RF and wireless circuit design, communication systems, and product development. You will use state-of-the-art simulation tools, hands-on prototyping, and advanced testing methods to analyze complex system and subsystem interactions. Your work will directly impact product-level design, manufacturing efficiency, and the scalability of our innovations to mass production

• Collaborate with the team to coordinate and execute RF characterizations and test plans

• Automate test systems using standard RF equipment, such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power amplifiers

• Conduct electromagnetic and RF circuit simulations to support characterization and platform analysis

• Perform RF parametric data collection and antenna measurements to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Equivalent education or experience will be considered

• Coursework or practical experience in antenna design, RF design, wireless communications, electromagnetics, or circuits

• Proficiency in electromagnetic and RF hardware design, including antenna integration

• Hands-on experience integrating wireless technologies, such as cellular, GPS, Wi-Fi, and NFC, into products

• Familiarity with electromagnetic and circuit simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS, Cadence)

• Skilled in using RF lab instrumentation and developing automation frameworks for testing

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and shell scripting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Cupertino, CA
