Senior Radiology Technologist

Performs a variety of radiographic procedures for patients of any age group for diagnostic purposes according to department, hospital, and regulatory agency standards. Creates procedure manuals, training material and Standard of Work for the Hybrid room based on best practices within the medical community. Assists Radiologist and physicians as needed to perform procedures within the Hybrid room. Trains and evaluates Technologists in the Hybrid room and is a resource for departmental staff in the surgical suites. Collaborates with the operating room staff on the scheduling, ordering, stocking and maintenance of supplies needed to ensure efficiency during Hybrid room procedures. Creates, participates and maintains the Hybrid room call-back schedule. Collaborates with the X-ray department Lead Technologist adequate staffing levels to support Hybrid room procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from AMA school. California Radiologic Technologist upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
