We’re looking for a Senior Real Estate Manager to join us in London on a 12 month FTC to report into our Acting Director, Corporate Real Estate

A temporary role of 12 months to cover maternity leave however this role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is to work alongside senior members of the Liberty Global Real Estate, Facilities and Energy team in forming and executing optimal asset management strategies for real estate assets across the Liberty Global group.

We are looking for someone who has previous Real Estate Asset Management experience and also has the ability to identify and create value both from internal and external sources.

What will you be doing?

Assisting with generating and reviewing real estate strategies for various asset classes within the groupProviding real estate due diligence on potential acquisitions, assignments and lettingsAssisting with the negotiations on property acquisitionsCollaborating with Liberty Global’s Operating Companies on adhoc real estate matters including but not limited to rent reviews, office relocations and lease assignmentsGeneral property management tasks including lease renewals, surrenders, dilapidations etcCreation of robust business cases and preparation of presentations to support real estate strategy recommendationsKey stakeholder management both internally and externally

You must be a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor with an MRICS qualificationPrior in-house experience is not essential but would be beneficialPrevious Asset ManagementHighly numerate and analyticalExcellent communicator who can build and manage relationshipsHighly organised and detail oriented
