Senior Recruiter, Sales

Adecco is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our partner’s Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top sales talent for their sales organization. This is a fully on-site, in office role in San Jose.
**Role and Responsibilities**
+ Manage full cycle recruiting process for sales and marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
+ Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
+ Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
+ Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
+ Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
+ Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
+ Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
+ Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing
+ Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
+ Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties
+ Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
+ Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and build and grow talent networks
**Skills and Experience:**
+ 6+ years recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
+ BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
+ **_Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier sales professionals. Experience hiring Account Executives, product management, sales leadership, and marketing required_**
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Indeed, and other social recruiting platforms
+ Strong knowledge of common employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
+ Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
+ Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
+ Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
+ **Corporate and senior level management recruiting experience.**
+ **Experience with Workday preferred**
+ Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates
+ Solid business acumen
**Pay Details:** $72.00 to $80.00 per hour
