Senior Recruiter

Job Overview: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for providing a proactive recruitment, selection and placement service to the company in line with Code of Good practice, Employment Equity Act and the company’s recruitment policy.

 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the employment contracting, enrolment and on-boarding process for skilled staff.Communicate and provide feedback to internal and external candidates and line management where required.Act as a coach to line managers involved in recruitment, ensuring that recruitment practice aligned with best practice becomes embedded in the organization.Ensure that recruitment is conducted in the line with company policies and procedures and in line with the legislative requirements i.e. Employment Equity Act, Code of Good Practice and the LRADrive both internal and external recruitment processesMarket Rewardsco as an employer of choiceRecruitment Database Management and ReportingAnalyze trends and propose alternative recruitment sources.

Able to work in a highly pressurized environment to stringent deadlinesAble to work in a team as well as independentlyMust be a team playerMust be proactive in approach and able to meet targets setExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenMust be able to liaise at all levels within the organisation and create solid partnerships

 Technical Knowledge:

MatricRelated HR / recruitment qualification is preferredMinimum 2 to 3 years International/Local recruitment experience within a BPO environmentBulk recruitment for International/Local Sales Campaigns requiredMust have experience in recruiting for specialist rolesMust be proficient in MS Office – specifically Excel and OutlookGeneral knowledge of the LRA and BCEA and its impact on recruitmentKnowledge of Lexis Nexis Refcheck is advantageousProficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process is essential
