Job Summary
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for aiding the company in all new hires for both contracts and internal positions, as well as sourcing for candidates for contingent positions. The Senior Recruiter will learn how to approve job postings, efficiently source candidates, handle phone screenings, and provide assistance in scheduling and overseeing interviews in our specific Applicant Tracking System. The Senior Recruiter will provide training and assistance to junior recruiting team members as needed.
Salary Range- $80,000-$90,000
Responsibilities and DutiesThe Senior Recruiter will work with Program Managers and Executive Board members to create, approve, and post job postings. The Senior Recruiter will train in sourcing candidates, communicating with candidates, and phone screening candidates. The Senior Recruiter will efficiently and quickly filling contract and internal positions.
