Kforce's client located in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their growing team! This is a direct hire role that offers a hybrid schedule after the first 6 months of training and onboarding. The Senior Recruiter will support 3 locations and Pleasant Prairie and will also have the exciting opportunity to help to launch a brand-new plant and add over 300 head count to support that location. Responsibilities: * Develop multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process * Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources * Consults with Field HR Managers and management to create appropriate recruitment planning models and to ensure ongoing alignment with workforce needs while filling open positions based on employment requisitions * Responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an adequate and diverse applicant pool of qualified applicants through advertising, career fairs, community events, tours, in compliance with applicable employment laws * Working knowledge of union contract and parameters that apply to recruiting role * Coordinates the offer of employment; Ensures documentation is complete, including reference checks, internally equitable and externally competitive compensation, drug screening, and criminal background checks * Shares in design of recruitment systems and programs; reviews/keeps current employment policies and procedures * Participates in the formulation of the budget, HR policies and procedures, measurement tools and long-range planning as part of the HR team * 6% bonus based on performance
