A financial services group in west Austin is looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter to join their team! This is a fully onsite, contract to hire opportunity paying roughly $45-55/hr depending on experience. They are looking for someone who can start ASAP!

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage the talent acquisition programExecute full-cycle recruiting, including strategy, sourcing, assessing, and hiringBuild strong partnerships with department directors to align hiring strategies with business needsAct as a trusted consultant, providing insights on hiring trends and workforce planningConduct some sourcing but with a primary focus on relationship managementEnsure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboardingRequirements:Strong background in in-house recruiting (corporate environment preferred over agency experience)Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and department heads to align talent strategiesExperience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiationAbility to analyze hiring needs, forecast recruitment trends, and provide strategic solutionsExcellent communication, relationship management, and consulting skills 1407138_1739380814 To Apply for this Job Click Here
