Senior Recruiter
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Recruiter in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role involves a variety of functions including IT, Analytics, and Finance. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be expected to manage full desk recruiting efforts, perform as a strategic Talent Acquisition consultant, and partner with leaders across the organization to understand the talent needed to support the organization’s strategic plan and Transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: • Developing strategic talent acquisition plans in collaboration with leaders across the organization • Conducting intake meetings with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs • Building job descriptions and posting them on appropriate websites and social media platforms • Sourcing and screening talent, conducting interviews, and summarizing candidate skills for manager review • Managing candidate engagement throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive experience • Reviewing compensation packages and developing offers to extend and negotiate with candidates • Using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate application pipeline, review, screening notes documentation, recruitment process steps, and candidate communications • Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other proactive/niche networking strategies to source prospects with experience in the relevant fields • Recruiting experience in the areas of Technology, Healthcare Economics/Data Analysis, Operations, Finance, and Health Services • Demonstrating knowledge of employment law and hiring practices as it relates to EEOC/OFCCP • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Business Partners, and hiring management for the deployment of best practice recruiting techniques, sourcing options, assessment, and selection practices. Requirements • Extensive experience in customer service is required. • Must possess excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in documentation and operations is necessary. • Demonstrable analytical skills are a must. • Experience in review and supervising tasks is needed. • Must have a strong financial background. • Proficiency in the use of social media for recruitment is required. • Familiarity with various hiring processes and onboarding techniques. • Experience with website management and online recruiting platforms. • Must have strong negotiation and networking skills. • Knowledge of best recruiting practices is essential. • Experience in handling financial notes and data analysis is needed. • Strategic planning skills are a must. • Excellent time management skills are required. • Experience with video interviewing and talent acquisition is necessary. • Familiarity with deployment processes in a business setting. • Experience in sourcing candidates from various platforms is required.
