You will OWN the Recruiting strategy for our New York office. You will partner with our leadership team in NY to create a candidate pipeline of Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators. We expect you will make this happen by uncovering and engaging prospective candidates through your ability to direct sourcing. We also want you to bring your creativity to this role with recommendations on tools, resources and strategies.

Experience with an Applicant Tracking System - we use iCIMSVery strong passive applicant sourcing experience - this is one of the most competitive industries there is - you will have to find the best and engage them in discussion about their individual career interests.Bachelor’s Degree requiredPosition requires the individual to work in the Manhattan office a minimum of 3 days a week, sometimes more depending on business need.
Additional Information
NYC Base Salary Range: $115,000 – $145,000 The range stated is specific to New York City. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
