Autodesk is seeking a Recruiter to find and recruit the next generation of talent. The Early Career Program is crucial for ensuring we have game changers to shape the future.
**Our Team**
Our Global Early Career Program team hires promising talent, manages programs for hundreds of interns and co-op students globally (including USA, Canada, EMEA and APAC), and maintains a strong pipeline of recent interns and graduates. We collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to advocates for digital generation involvement in software and business innovation.
**The Role in a Nutshell**
In this role, you will develop a strategic plan to attract talent for EMEA, build school partnerships, manage campus events, create engaging Internship Programs, and establish a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, you'll contribute to Autodesk’s employment branding. This role reports to Autodesk’s Regional Early Career Program Manager.
**Key Responsibilities include:**
+ Talent Branding – Talent Branding – Develop and deploy impactful campus recruitment campaigns using social media and branded recruiting collateral.
+ Candidate Generation – Post jobs at target schools, collaborate with Career Centers and faculty, and develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
+ Program Development – Facilitate structured Internship Program for interns resulting in an outstanding overall Intern experiences
+ Screening and Selection – Manage resume reviews, interviews, and candidate engagement to secure high-caliber entry-level talent
+ Onboarding – Manage all logistics aspects of offer letter; work visas; payroll notification and others
+ Talent Pipeline – Adhere to Autodesk’s hiring process, ensuring comprehensive data collection in ATS (e.g., Workday) to build and maintain a talent pipeline of interns and high-potential candidates
+ Partner with Internal Business Groups – Meet with leaders to evaluate and convert candidates after each Intern/Co-op cohort, facilitating offer approval and creation.
+ Promote Alumni Talent Pipelines – Maintain active connections with former interns to champion our brand and share job opportunities.
+ Support Program Principles - Ensure local alignment with Autodesk’s Recruiting policies and principles and local intern employment laws in EMEA countries (Ireland, UK, Germany, Romania, Poland, Norway, Spain).
+ Program Results - Maintain and provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accurate ROI
+ Benchmarking - Continuously monitor local industry best practices and provide improvement recommendations
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s in business, human resources, or related field preferred
+ 4+ years of experience leading full-cycle Campus Recruiting or similar recruitment experiences
+ Experience working in a multi-national technology company and as a member of virtual team
+ Manage high-volume applications across multiple roles
+ Proficient with ATS (Workday)
+ Fluency in English and/or other European languages
+ Strong understanding of HR practices and local employment laws (Ireland, UK, Germany, Norway, Spain, Poland, Romania)
