Senior Regional Sales Manager

The successful candidate will take responsibility to develop the Marine business in the area. He will be tasked with heading the local Marine team and grow our position in the market by acquiring new customers and developing current customers.

The key activities are:

To set up sales action plans, budgets, KPI’s and in such a way that the forecasted sales and operating profits are achievedTo manage the local Marine sales teamTo grow the market share: prospecting, sales visits and regular follow-ups to establish rapport and customer relations; to maintain and develop contacts with current and potential customersTo achieve or exceed individual and/or segment target or budget sales turnover for MarineTo effectively manage receivables, days of sales outstanding and customer risk in line with guidelines and budgetTo deliver positive profit contribution for all businesses transactedTo prepare weekly & monthly sales report and execute sales activities in order to achieve monthly sales targets.To update and maintain Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) on all customersTo prepare annual budget for related customers.To gather market and competitor intelligence and share these with team members

Required:

15+ years work experience in Marine industryPerspective and proven experiences that are global in natureVery Strong work ethic, strong perseverance, and proven ability to overcome obstaclesStrong written and oral communication skills in English; Strong confidence and presentation skillsProven ability to sell, strong understanding of the sales process at large complex organizations
