As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need. With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.
Sr. RVP, Sales, is responsible for managing, coaching, teaching and training a team of Enterprise market focused sales directors. The ideal candidate can inspire a large team of sales professionals through exceptional coaching and development. This candidate must have a proven track record of leading leaders, and an extensive background in growing a sales organization.
Primary Responsibilities

Sales Management
+ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
+ Establish and execute a sales goal for specified region
+ Set strategy to achieve staffing and revenue growth
+ Counsel with each sales director on their monthly sales goals, weekly activity goals, and action plans if needed
+ Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to ensure alignment with revenue goals
+ Hold leaders and sales reps accountable for sales revenue, activity standards, hiring for talent, career development, sales process, and day-to-day responsibilities of leading high performing teams
+ Responsible for territory optimization and assigning quotas
+ Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) customer complaints related and have an established chain of command for all escalations
+ Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, and quality
Partnership
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to recruit, hire and train diverse sales talent
+ Responsible for resolution of internal and external complaints when escalated
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Leadership
+ Manage an 8-10 sales director team to maximize sales revenue
+ Regularly review team performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target at the Director and Account Executive level. Monitor individual sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team
Education and Experience
+ 7-10 years of proven experience with enterprise account payroll, HR, time and attendance solutions at large, complex organizations
+ Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
+ Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
+ Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
+ Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
+ Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
+ Ability to travel within the region and to nationwide events as needed

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $150,400 - $275,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
