Location: This is a fully remote position based in the US.
Your Role:
Key Responsibilities:Coordinating and executing Regulatory Affairs tasks related to the product portfolio, with a focus on compliance with pesticidal and chemical regulations (EPA, FIFRA, TSCA).Internal collaboration across different departments such as Product Management, Production, and Sales.Acting as the key contact for regulatory authorities and industry groups.Being part of a global team ensuring product compliance, trade compliance, sustainability, and quality oversight for your portfolio.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience or a PhD with 2+ years’ experience in natural sciences or engineering.Proficiency in regulatory affairs, ideally in a related field such as chemicals or cosmetics.4+ years of experience in a customer facing role.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach to regulatory challenges.Familiarity with SAP ERP software is a plus.Process-oriented thinking and structured approach to work.High customer focus, self-motivated with a passion for networking.Ability to work in a matrix environment and interact cross-functionally in a global setting.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skillset.Collaborative mindset with an excitement to join a harmonious intercultural team.Willingness to travel (5-10%).
Pay range for this position: $128,500 - $160,000
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
