In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Relationship Sales Manager:** Expected salary range of **$82,000 to $103,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **Sr. Relationship Sales Manager:** Expected salary range of **$112,500 to $125,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** The Sr Relationship Sales Manager/Relationship Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business sales opportunities, retaining business, and expanding existing relationships and sales with gas channel partners and customers. Deepening and growing the relationships with assigned channel partners will be a primary responsibility through consistent and efficient processes. Sales will occur generally via video/phone and email, however in-person visits will be required from time to time with channel partners, prospects and customers to further develop the relationship. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Sales. Clearly articulate Constellation's value proposition including gas product differentiation, and gas products and services beyond the energy commodity. Develop a rapport with channel partners and their understanding of Constellation's value proposition to establish long term business relationships. Develop new business opportunities, retain business, and expand existing relationships and sales with channel partners and customers. Use active listening and question-based sales techniques to assess needs, suggest appropriate products and guide prospects, customers and channel partners as they evaluate products and services **including natural gas, power, and other solutions.** + Market Knowledge. Understand and keep informed about gas pricing components and market dynamics across multiple utilities. Optimize margin effectively, given product, market, and lead source. Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends. Attend and participate in online and in-person training. + Systems and applications. Use several different systems and applications daily to manage pipeline, price, contract, and resolve customer and channel partner issues. Manage multiple opportunities, scenarios and issues daily. + Communication. Perform outbound video/phone calls and outbound email correspondence with prospective and existing channel partners and customers. Respond to inbound inquiries by video/phone and/or email promptly and professionally. Meet face to face with prospective and existing channel partners and customers as needed. Become proficient and maintain proficiency in various systems and applications. + Teamwork. Collaborate within the team and across functions to share best practices and resolve customer issues.
