Responsibilities:
The Reliability Technician will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipmentLoading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boardsLoading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)DOPL Loading and unloading of reliability test boardsBench testing and debugging of reliability test circuitsLoading and unloading units for High Voltage Isolation test boardsDebug the failure from High Voltage Isolation TestPerform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testingOperation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rackUse of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysisPerform FA sample preparation tasks such as cross-sectioning and chemical decapsulation of IC devices. Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis Requirements:A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification.Minimum of 6 years of experience as a technician in the semiconductor industry.Working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
