Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Representative, Customer Service in Weston, Florida. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, focusing on providing top-notch customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed customer records. Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and precision • Utilize your knowledge of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop, to improve customer service processes • Ensure consistent output by strictly following work instructions • Utilize our proprietary case management system to create and manage cases • Review and segment CT scans following our protocol, using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery • Prepare Pre-Operative Surgical Plans, using the Digital Bone Models, for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement surgeries • Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy, ensuring correct anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning • Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel • Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet team and department production targets, demonstrating efficient work methods. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage customer complaints and inquiries • Solid understanding of standard Procedures and Planning Processes, ensuring smooth operations • Strong commitment to Quality and Review processes, aimed at maintaining the highest standards of service • Experience in Production environments, showcasing ability to meet and exceed Targets • Proficiency in the English Language, both verbal and written, for clear and effective communication • Familiarity with Digital tools and platforms, enhancing service delivery • Excellent Communication Skills, necessary for interacting with customers and team members • Knowledge of Methods for efficient problem-solving and Case Management • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites, enhancing service delivery and documentation • Basic Computer Skills, including email management and internet navigation • Willingness to work Onsite, ensuring direct interaction with customers when necessary • Experience in Replacement and Prescription processes, enhancing customer service in medical scenarios • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Surgery procedures, with Surgical Skills • Willingness to work Overtime, ensuring service delivery at all times Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
