• Due to contract requirements only U.S.Citizens may be considered for this role. Dual citizenship cannot be accepted.• Successful candidates must be able to pass a government-sponsored process to obtain a public trust clearance• 10+ years of direct experience in IT (preferably as a Business/Requirements/System/Process Improvement Analyst)• Experience triaging issues impacting critical IT systems and writing Test Cases for new releases and initiatives• Proficient in authoring functional/non-functional requirements, User Manuals, and technical documentation (Software Architecture, System Specifications)• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision • Proven ability to grow a trusted partnership with clients while serving in a leadership role. • Experience providing strategic direction for the creation of new IT products and effectively facilitating the discovery processes with seasoned and novice business owners. • Ability to translate business requirements to developers in the form of user stories and in-turn, translate technical communications back to the client in a layperson manner • Operate strategically on all decision-making related to requirements and implementation, seamlessly weighing the priorities of the client while maintaining a deep understanding of team capacity, technical feasibility, etc. • Experience leading presentations for IT client stakeholders and senior leadership or organizations
Minimum Requirements TCS119, P5, Band 8 Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting business and information systems at financial agencies • Self-starter, with a track record of leading virtual and in-person conversations with high-ranking officials or senior business leaders • Meticulous and thorough with understanding top-level requirements and distilling them down into features, user stories, and discrete tasks • Leverages institutional knowledge to problem-solve complex IT issues, scheduling, and other unique challenges • Certifications in SAFe Agile and/or ITIL • Continuous learning mindset and desire to share skills across teams • Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment with 10+ teams which include development and shared services, using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation and ticketing tools. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field • Passionate about supporting business development opportunities at Maximus by lending IT and Business expertise to new proposals and past performance briefs
