The Department of Molecular & Medical Pharmacology is actively seeking a Research Administrator 4 to join our team. Reporting to the Department Chair, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other departmental leaders; this role holds primary responsibility for managing all pre-award administration duties for intra- and extramurally funded research awards for Departmental Principal Investigators (PIs). Utilizing advanced contracts and grants expertise, in this role you will handle a high volume of complex transactions. Additionally, you may provide guidance to others on financial and administrative management aspects of research proposals, awards, and transactions, ensuring adherence to institutional and sponsor policies. This role requires independent judgment and a deep understanding of grant, contract, and subcontract transactions, involving nuanced analysis of various factors. Annual rate: $83,800-$179,400
