The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Research Associate to join our Bioanalytical Team and contribute to our understanding of antibody oligonucleotide conjugates. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that require daily lab work, data analysis, and interpretation of data that will be shared with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in areas of bioanalysis that include LCMS, ELISA, HPLC, and/or RT-qPCR, organized and independent, a strong team player, and have great verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Contribute
Hands-on lab work with responsibility for processing and analyzing in vivo study samples.Design and perform experiments, analyze experimental data, report results, and provide feedback on appropriate next steps such as assay optimization or follow-up experiments.Assist in developing novel methods of bioanalysis to support nonclinical and clinical studies, with an emphasis on quantification of antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates and their components.Maintain relationships with external service providers, facilitating method transfer, method development, method validation, and sample analysis in a GLP environment.Demonstrate effective time management skills and adhere to provided timelines. Keep detailed and accurate records in an electronic laboratory notebook. Demonstrate effective presentation and verbal communication at internal meetings as well as clear written communication.Ensure GxP and SOP training tasks are completed in a timely manner.Perform other duties as required.What We Seek
BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline with at least 2 years of laboratory experiencePrior hands-on lab experience with various laboratory techniques including RT-qPCR, DNA/RNA isolation, LC-MS/MS, ELISA, siRNA, Kingfisher automation, HPLC, MSD, peptides, biologicsPrior knowledge in developing bioanalytical assays is preferredAbility to conduct self-directed research and to work effectively in a dynamic environment with a diverse team of coworkersSolid written and oral communication skills, enthusiasm, integrity, exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are necessary Demonstrated excellent communication (oral and written), teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Will Provide to You:The base salary range for this role is $43/hr. - $48/hr.
