Expertise

Strict compliance with ISO standards. Contribute to client briefing meetings. Liaise with operations team/ project management and prepares simple costs Design/draft less complex proposals and contribute to more complex pitches/proposals Create and manage project plans Contribute significantly to preparation of Analysis Plan Write/set up questionnaires/discussion guides Manage relationships with operations/project management Main point of contact with clients on project-related matters (medium-size projects) Apply different sampling approaches and weighting effectively Check and analyze more complex data  and interpret accurately Cost jobs and closely monitor their financial progress, identifying problems and suggesting solutions Apply and advocate the appropriate quality procedures or projects Develop presentations/ deliverables/write reports Identify insights and stories in data  Make sound recommendations from data Attend and contribute effectively to client presentations Contribute effectively to team project reviews Identify and share project learnings

 

People 

Provide  project guidance, support and coaching to junior team members Work effectively with senior members of the team and operations.
