As a Senior ResearchOps Specialist at CVS Health you will be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations.
In this role, you will be embedded on a small, but established ResearchOps team. The team supports a larger UX Research team to standardize and scale UX research across all CVS Health portfolios. The ResearchOps team focuses on four main pillars: KnowledgeOps, Designer Coaching, Tools and Processes, and Team Growth. The ideal candidates would have some Systems or Service Design experience with a passion for backstage and operations.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
