We are looking for a Senior Resident Engineer to join our Federal Professional Services team, reporting to the manager of Federal Professional Services. This role will be onsite in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will prepare and validate equipment configurations for new installations, troubleshoot network issues, and assess the overall health of the Infoblox infrastructure at the client’s location. Implementation, integration, and migration planningDevelop and maintain fault diagnosis procedures to support effective fault resolutionConduct network-related testing and validation testing to ensure our products operate correctlySupport and plan for Infoblox migrations, including assistance with authoritative DNS migrationDevelop strategy and planning for DNSSEC deploymentManage scripted cutover procedures, determine go/no-go criteria for migration and Infoblox cutovers, and support miscellaneous scripting and Infoblox public API usageParticipate in Architecture extensions for other functional areasDocument how to migrate data to the Infoblox grid and the process for the bulk importing of dataLead project status and wrap-up/post-mortem meetingsDevelop tools as necessary to import/verify data, including record management process templates and documentation
