As our Senior Analyst you will provide value to our client through a mix of subject matter expertise and technology enabled systematic underpayment detection logic. Analysts will gain exposure to the physician revenue cycle and play an integral part in identifying and recovering underpaid receivables for clients. Analysts will interact with insurance companies and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide premium service to Cloudmed's clients, including reporting, and knowledge sharingCommunicate regularly and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders and upper managementAnalyze clients’ managed care contracts and government-based fee schedules to identify underpayments and make recommendations to prevent future revenue lossUnderstand and articulate claim and contract details to facilitate proper billing and reimbursementUtilize Cloudmed and client software platforms to manage account information and workflowContinual analysis and quality control of underpayment risk areas to ensure audit accuracyResolve claims from commercial, government, and/or workers’ compensation insurance plansMaintain timely and professional follow-up on open issues, both over the phone and by written appealPrioritize inquiries from key stakeholders, assist with project-specific tasks, and participate in generating monthly internal/external reportingPrioritize tasks to ensure team meets monthly goals and maintains current resolution efforts on all assigned claims/projectsCollaborate with fellow team members, support proactive communication and problem solving to enable high performance of team and individualsCoach and train junior staff and effectively delegate project tasks to provide career development opportunitiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Healthcare experience, preferably working with UnderpaymentsExperience working with clients, and being client facing (this is a client facing role with Client Delivery responsibilities)Strong analytical, organizational, and professional skillsIntermediate Excel experienceFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year .
