About the Position
The Senior Revenue Management Specialist will act as enabler for hub leader to deliver on Volume Price Mix while developing local customer waterfalls within the regional Revenue Management guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Specialist will develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders to understand all aspects impacting route performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Support and enable hub leader in coordinating the activities in the hub and consolidating the results and data coming from the countries. Update Competitive Benchmarks according to compliance Maintain control of the pricing corridors, balancing price stability and local competitiveness. Follow-up customer performance versus Annual Operation Plan (AOP)/latest estimates. Flag volume and price opportunities to meet or beat local AOP. Own Risk & Opportunity (R&O) process within the monthly business cycle. Drive mitigation and contingency plans as part of the monthly operating cycle in collaboration with Sales Hub leader. Lead performance discussions via fact-based analysis of trends regarding sales and Share of Market. Deploy local campaigns within the aligned corridors. Actively and structurally communicate on developments throughout the cycles with local & PBU leadership through the various touch-points in the cycle, but also ad-hoc if required.
