Senior Revenue Planning Analyst

The Senior Revenue Planning Analyst will be responsible for facilitating IBP process implementation from the commercial team side, ensuring alignment across all functional areas of the business, especially Sales, Finance and DP to drive efficient and effective decision-making towards the country strategic objectives and Revenue targets. This role will facilitate sales alignment for delivering bottom-up sales forecast and coordinate the IBP targets top-down split according to IBP cycles output and will be fully responsible for country IBP cycle related country Revenue reporting including IBP posting drivers, conducting the cross-functional key stakeholders communication and collaboration towards country targets.

How you will contribute

Revenue Reporting and Financial Alignment:

Maintain and develop Net Revenue reports based on Finance input to track the performance of the business plan.Work closely with Finance to ensure that integrated plans are reflected in financial forecasts and business scenarios.Ensure in cooperation with Finance that IBP activities are aligned with financial objectives and forecasts.Prepare consolidated reporting of Net Revenue targets and performance to facilitate cross-functional IBP cycle alignment meetings to ensure stakeholders alignment with business strategies and country targets.

IBP Process Commercial Facilitator & Stakeholders Management

Facilitate the implementation of IBP process from the commercial team, ensuring continuous alignment with stakeholders e.g. Sales, Finance, DP and Managing Director and commercial team alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.Collaborate with Sales and relevant stakeholders to incorporate contingency plans in IBP cycle to handle any potential risks and opps identified.Provide regular updates and aligning directly with Senior Leadership and stakeholders on the status of IBP processes, forecast, and IBP cycle key decisions.

Process Improvement and Best Practices:

Continuously evaluate and drive the improvement of IBP commercial sub-processes, tools, and systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Foster a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and accountability within the IBP commercial stakeholders.Responsible for Commercial team adoption of new Sales Forecast tools e.g. Navigator and roll out to the organization.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or MBA will be considered as a plus).4+ years of experience in either finance, or sales operations, or demand planning or related field.Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement & data analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.Strong expertise in excel is mandatory. Expertise in Power BI will be considered as a plus.Commercial and financial acumen.Understanding of financial forecasting, integrated business processes and demand planning.Ability to drive change and process improvement initiatives across the organization.Proficiency in EnglishCustomer and category knowledge a distinct advantage.
