Our Rewards practice specializes in providing best-in-class compensation and benefits consulting services, advising our clients on a wide range of issues that directly impact their business, from reward strategies to executive compensation and performance management. 

What can you expect?

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering rewards consulting projects while providing exceptional services to our clients. Your expertise will be highly valued as you lead complex consulting projects and offer strategic recommendations to address a wide range of client issues. We also appreciate your willingness to expand your knowledge and extend your exposure to future projects related to our Transformation Services, including skills-powered organizations, HR transformation, organization design, and change management. 

In the projects we deliver to our clients, you will have the opportunity to take on various roles and responsibilities. Some examples of these roles include: 

Developing Reward Strategies & Policies 
Help our clients design innovative reward strategies through co-facilitating workshops and design sessions. 

Conducting Client Interviews 
Engage with CxOs and CHROs to understand their organization’s challenges and reward philosophy. 

Preparing and Presenting Project Outcomes 
Co-present project outcomes to HR leadership and provide recommendations supported by change management and implementation plans. 

Advising on Compensation & Benefits Structures 
Conduct diagnostics of current and target reward models (as-is & to-be state) and research best market practices to create solid recommendations and solutions.

Demonstrate a Commercial Mindset 
Build strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust and providing expert guidance and recommendations. 

Manage Multiple Projects 
Demonstrate your exceptional project management skills by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Facilitate Client Meetings 
Facilitate client meetings (e.g., workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in presence or remote). 

Conduct and Deliver High-Quality Analysis and Presentations 
Utilize your analytical skills to conduct thorough analysis and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients. 

Focus on Client Retention 
Nurture existing accounts by proactively maintaining day-to-day client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise. 

Thrive in a Team-Based Environment 
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual support. 

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Share Insights 
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in rewards consulting, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues. 

What you need to have: 

Higher education: Degree level in Management, Economics, HR, or equivalent. 

5+ years of experience preferably in Compensation and Benefits, HR, and Rewards consulting. 

Consultative client-facing experience: Experience in consulting firms with a focus on rewards consulting, compensation structures, or a related field with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships. 

Excellent command of English and Swedish: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently. 

Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to interact across all levels of the organization. 

Effective time management: Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work. 

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. 

Attention to detail and accuracy: Essential for both numerical and written work. 

What makes you stand out: 

Experience with HR consulting: Direct experience working with clients, providing HR consulting services. 

Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
