Here is what you will need\:
8 yrs Experience in RF Design Engineering. Strong background with designs such as Receiver/Exciters, RF Arrays, or Radar subsystems. Ability to derive lower level specs from system performance requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead small teams for RF systems and subsystem designs. Expertise in at least one RF design area such as passive designs, LNAs, PAs, Mutli-Chip Modules, or Low Phase Noise Oscillators. Experience with microwave simulators utilizing 3D or 2.5D solvers such as Momentum and CST. Circuit design utilizing modern RF software (Genesys, MWO, or ADS). Ability to bring new ideas & concepts to the Team and the Customer. Bachelors degree minimum. Design experience with systems ranging from HF to Ku Band. Experience with Altium schematic capture and layout. Experience in LEO system programs and design requirements. Working knowledge of digital, mechanical, electrical disciplines to aide in design reviews.#Javelin

The base salary range for this position is $127,100 to $228,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
