We are looking for an Electrical engineer to become a part of the international R&D team. This position will play a meaningful role in the development of the active modules for indoor/outdoor DAS (Distribute Antenna System). Working in Germany mainly at our facilities in Buchdorf you will be owning the creation and development for Digital Hardware projects.
HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
Join our team as a key player in the development of ground breaking Digital Hardware Projects. In this role, you will take ownership of development projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 / 2000 standards. You will build and develop infrastructure products for the wireless industry, independently designing both analog and digital circuits for new products.
As the lead for hardware-related topics, you will develop innovative concepts and manage documentation from the beginning of development to production release. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing solutions to complex problems, applying new techniques, devices, procedures, and criteria to drive our projects forward.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or related field and minimum 5-8 years of related experience
- Good interpersonal skills, including written and spoken English.
- Proven digital high speed design expertise from design concept phase to product readiness
- Knowledge in wireless communication standards (LTE, 5GNR, etc.)
- Practical experience with RF and High speed measurement equipment
- Very good knowledge in mixed signal product development
- Experience with signal integrity and circuit design simulation tools (Hyper Lynx, LTSpice)
