Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Engineer specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Integrity to join our team for the ADNOC PMC BGC project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in risk assessment, schedule checks, and managing HSE risks, contributing to the overall safety culture and compliance of the project.
Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential HSE hazards and establish mitigation strategies.Integrity Management: Oversee the integrity of HSE systems, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and KBR standards.HSE Risk Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate HSE risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing recommendations for risk reduction and management strategies.Schedule Checks: Perform schedule assessments to track risk management activities and ensure timely completion of HSE deliverables.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed risk assessment reports to project stakeholders, highlighting critical risk factors and proposed solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution phases.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and project staff on HSE risk management best practices.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in risk assessment, HSE management, and integrity assurance in oil and gas or related industries.Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and propose feasible solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to various stakeholders.Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.What We Offer:
